This is our most demanding tour. It is suitable for well-trained couples or families / groups. You will see both the pulpit rock and get a ride on the road from lysebotn to Kjerag from the sea to 1000 meters. It is especially day four that requires good stamina.

Day one starts along the beaches, before you cycle to Frøylandsvann lake, and over the bridge called Ormen Lange or "Long Serpent". Then we follow the disused railway line which takes you towards Ålgård alongside Figgjo river to Figgjo Then you have just 10 km to Kronen Gaard Hotel

Today's tour goes to Hommersåk and along Høgsfjord. The roads are narrow before coming to the ferry that transports you to Jørpeland,
where you will stay overnight at Verkshotellet.

Then it is to get ready for the big test of strength, first leg goes to the boat that transports you on the wonderful Lysefjord to Lyseboten where you are going to navigate through 29 bends with an average gradient of 9.8%.

Today's stage starts at approximately 700 Moh goes to Hunnedalen. It is an uphill climb of approx 200 meters and the rest down the beautiful and wild West Coast Nature. You'll also see Northern Europe's largest scree.

Now you shall ride in the lush valleys with some steep climbing, but when you're done with those you can end the day with SPA and dinner?
Remember that in Norway only "vinmonopolet" selling wine / liquor shop. Liquor shops are found in cities and in some towns. Beer is sold in supermarkets until. 20:00 on weekdays and 18:00 on Saturdays (Sundays closed). It is not lawful to drink alcohol in public places. It is also quite expensive, so you want a nightcap it is wise to bring along from tax free.
When riding in the west country with some steep uphill/downhill slopes with narrow roads and turns, alcohol is absolutely not recommended.
